We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Corporate Governance Operations Manager to join our Governance Directorate. This is a pivotal role designed to bridge the gap between strategy and delivery, ensuring our Information Governance (IG), Legal Services, and Corporate Governance teams operate as a high-performing, unified service.
The Role
As the Corporate Governance Operations Manager, you will be the engine room of the directorate. You will provide senior operational leadership, driving cross-functional projects that improve efficiency and ensure we meet the highest standards of regulatory compliance.
This isn't just a "business as usual" role. You will lead service redesigns, map complex processes, and provide specialist advice to clinical and operational teams, helping the Trust reach the "gold standard" of governance.
