A leading energy company in London seeks a Corporate Finance Manager to support group financing strategies and manage credit rating agency relationships. We are looking for a Corporate Finance Manager to join our Group Treasury team to support the Corporate Finance Senior Managers, Head of Corporate Finance, Group Treasury and CFO by contributing to the development and implementation of National Grid's group-wide long term financing strategy.
You will be supporting the day-to-day management of credit rating agency relationships, the execution of transactions (bank loans, investments, and project financing) and associated on-going compliance and administration of financial agreements, analysis of financial impacts of major decisions on the Groups key metrics and assisting on financial advisory on investment decisions (NG Ventures, Mergers & Acquisitions), including implications for credit rating metrics.
This role will be based out of our London office (located at the Strand), and you can enjoy our hybrid working from office and home.
