We are looking for a strategic communicator who can ensure our employees are inspired and engaged ambassadors, while simultaneously ensuring our external stakeholders have an accurate understanding of who we are, our portfolio of medicines and how we help people in the UK live longer, healthier lives.

Responsibilities

Our Corporate Communications team is responsible for all aspects of the UK corporate brand. In this role you will lead and develop insight driven, compelling and multi-channel campaigns that engage and influence a wide range of stakeholders, including issues management, employee engagement, social media, media relations, disease awareness, and patient engagement.

What you will do
  • Significant pharmaceutical experience: A deep understanding of the role communications plays within the UK pharmaceutical industry is essential.
  • Internal engagement expertise: Proven experience in building long-lasting relationships and managing internal change to optimum effect, ensuring high levels of employee alignment and advocacy.
  • Strategic collaboration: The ability to work collaboratively with relevant teams, offering direction and advice while making sound decisions under pressure.
