  • Applications are sought from Corporate Commercial Solicitors with a minimum of 6 Years PQE.
  • You will play a key role in client delivery, mentoring, and business development, while helping shape the department’s ongoing growth and strategic direction.
  • Advise individuals and business clients on a full range of commercial agreements, including: Terms of business, supply and distribution agreements, service contracts and franchise agreements and shareholder, LLP, and partnership agreements.
  • Handle a varied caseload involving sales, mergers, acquisitions, company restructures, and corporate reconstructions.
  • Build and strengthen client relationships through exceptional service and proactive communication.
  • Play an active role in business development, networking, and local professional engagement.
