Corporate Associate

Corporate Associate with NQ - 2 pqe sought to join a global law firm in Abu Dhabi. A fantastic opportunity for a high calibre Common Law qualified lawyer with international law firm experience to join an established practice to undertake a broad mix of corporate work.

The firm has an excellent client-base internationally and within the Middle East region, so the position will involve acting a major transactions both within the UAE, cross-border in the Middle East and further afield.

As a key part of the small corporate practice you will be involved with transactions covering M&A, Private Equity, Venture Capital, along with JV`s, corporate structuring etc.

This would be an ideal opportunity for an ambitious Common Law qualified lawyer coming from a top ranked legal directories ranked law firm in the Middle East or looking to relocate from the UK, Australia, New Zealand etc.
