Job summary

A leading recruitment firm seeks a Coordinator or Recruiter for Early Careers & Campus to deliver high-quality recruitment services for entry-level talent. You will manage the hiring process from screening to onboarding, ensuring a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers. The ideal candidate has a degree in HR or recruitment and experience in early careers recruitment. The position is based in London with a fixed-term contract of 3 months, offering flexible working arrangements.

Responsibilities

  • Screen applications and manage candidate status updates.
  • Maintain accurate ATS/CRM data and reports.
  • Respond to candidate and stakeholder queries within SLA.
  • Prepare and issue offers and support onboarding activities.
  • Lead vacancy intake meetings and define recruitment plans.
  • Advise hiring managers on recruitment process and market insights.
  • Manage offers and ensure end-to-end hiring delivery.

Skills

Degree or relevant experience in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition
Experience with campus / early careers recruitment
Proficient in MS Office and ATS/CRM systems
Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and reporting skills

The Role

The Early Careers & Campus team delivers high-quality recruitment services for entry-level talent across multiple regions. Both Coordinators and Recruiters play a critical role in ensuring an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience through effective process execution, stakeholder partnership, and adherence to quality, compliance, and service standards.

  • Coordinators (CL1) focus on operational excellence, process execution, accuracy, and candidate support.
  • Recruiters (CL2) take ownership of end-to-end hiring delivery, stakeholder advisory, recruitment strategy, and managing offers through to onboarding.

Together, both roles enable successful attraction, assessment, selection, and onboarding of early careers talent.

Key Accountabilities
Recruitment Delivery
  • Screen applications, manage candidate status updates, coordinate interviews, and support assessment centres.
  • Maintain accurate ATS/CRM data, trackers, and reports.
  • Respond to candidate and stakeholder queries within SLA.
  • Prepare and issue offers and support onboarding activities.
  • *Lead vacancy intake meetings and define recruitment plans.
  • *Advise hiring managers on process, market insights, and selection decisions.
  • *Manage offers, lead calibrations, and ensure end-to-end hiring delivery
Stakeholder Management
  • Build strong working relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, coordinators, and vendors.
  • Keep stakeholders updated on process, timelines, and candidate progress.
  • *Act as trusted advisor and partner on attraction strategies and hiring decisions.
  • *Anticipate and resolve stakeholder issues, escalating when needed.
Compliance, Reporting & Process Excellence
  • Ensure data accuracy, process compliance, and adherence to all policies and legislation.
  • Support reporting requirements and contribute to continuous improvement.
  • *Identify and elevate risks, scope creep, or compliance issues promptly.

Skills & Experience
You’ll need to demonstrate:
  • Degree or relevant experience in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition.
  • Experience with campus / early careers recruitment (preferred for CL2).
  • Proficient in MS Office and ATS/CRM systems.
  • Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and reporting skills.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines.
