About the Coordinator Role

This is a varied Coordinator position working across finance, operations and legal administration. Ideal for someone looking to develop their career and gain key business experience, working directly with the CEO. Additionally, you will support teams, lead on contract management and have opportunities to learn about financial management.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Day-to-day financial operations including: bookkeeping, invoicing and expense processing using Xero software, assisting the preparation of monthly reports and analysis and support budget tracking and forecasting
  • Process improvement-related tasks including: assisting on building and maintaining dashboards, creating process documentation and supporting teams with budget management
  • Compliance support including: coordinating policy reviews, supplier risk assessments and maintaining supplier certifications
  • Other administrative tasks including: overseeing client and supplier contracts from start to completion, reviewing contracts and coordinating with legal counsel.
Candidate Specification
  • Degree educated (or equivalent) - ideally in relevant field such as Law, Finance or Accounting or an MBA
  • Previous experience in finance, operations, legal, consulting or related fields - including legal internships or training contracts
  • Experience in Microsoft Office, document software and cloud-based systems
  • Excellent attention to detail and written communication
  • A curious mindset with a desire to learn
  • Experience with expenses software and contract management or legal documentation is desirable but not essential
