  • Hours per week: 35 hours
  • Weeks per year: 39 weeks
  • Schedule: Mon‑Thu 07:30–15:00, Fri 07:00–12:00

To organise, administer and directly participate in the provision of the catering service throughout the authority in schools, adult day care and housing with care units. This will encompass staff management, direct control over production, ordering of provisions and maintenance of stock levels.

This post is considered Regulated Work with Vulnerable Children and/or Protected Adults, under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. Preferred candidates will be required to join the PVG Scheme or undergo a PVG Scheme update check prior to a formal offer of employment being made by West Lothian Council.
