Salary: Grade 3 scp 5 6 Actual Salary £19,000 - £19,301 (£25,583 - £25,989 FTE)

Term of Contract: Permanent

Working pattern: Term Time Only

Hours per week: 32.5 hours per week

St Bernadette’s RC Primary school are currently seeking a Cook. This is an exciting opportunity to join the Trust at the beginning of a journey of transition, development, and growth within the multi-academy trust.

We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Cook to join our catering team, helping to deliver high-quality meals in a safe, clean and welcoming environment.

The key responsibilities of the role are:

  • Preparation and cooking of food in accordance with menus.
  • Ensure food hygiene and health and safety regulations are adhered to.
  • Assisting in organising on-site or transported meal service.
  • General kitchen and dining room duties (i.e washing up, setting up and clearing away equipment and tables).
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and house-keeping.
