We are seeking a talented and passionate Cook to join our culinary team in Lifton Devon United Kingdom. As our new Cook you will be responsible for creating exceptional dining experiences for our guests leading the kitchen team and maintaining the highest standards of food quality and presentation.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee weekendkitchen operations ensuring efficient food preparation and service
  • Maintain high standards of food hygiene health and safety in the kitchen
  • Manage kitchen staff fostering a collaborative and positive work environment
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve financial targets and control food costs
  • Ensure consistent food quality and presentation across all dishes
  • Respond to customer feedback and continuously improve the dining experience
  • Stay up-to-date with culinary trends and techniques to enhance the restaurants offerings
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Cookwith a track record of workingin a kitchen environment
  • Strong knowledge of various cuisines cooking techniques and food presentation
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Demonstrated ability to lead & motivatea kitchen team

  • Ability to work flexibly including evenings weekends and holidays as required
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Passion for food and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
