About the Client

The Role

We are working in partnership with this prestigious firm to find a dedicated and experienced Conveyancing Trainer. This key position plays a vital role in shaping the knowledge, skills, and confidence of conveyancing staff across the business. You'll be responsible for delivering high-quality training programmes that ensure technical excellence, compliance, and client satisfaction throughout all property transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and deliver engaging training sessions for new and existing conveyancing staff
  • Ensure training materials reflect the latest legislation, regulations, and best practices
  • Monitor trainee progress and provide constructive feedback and support
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to identify skills gaps and create tailored learning plans
  • Maintain accurate training records, reporting progress and compliance
  • Offer ongoing coaching and mentoring to encourage individual and team growth
  • Champion a culture of continuous learning within the conveyancing department
  • Stay up to date with industry developments and update training content accordingly
Candidate Requirements

Essential:

  • Proven experience in residential conveyancing with strong technical knowledge
  • Prior experience delivering training or mentoring in a legal setting
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and time management capabilities
  • Confident in engaging and motivating learners of all levels

Desirable:

  • Training qualifications (e.g., PTLLS, Train the Trainer)
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms and digital training delivery
  • Understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks in conveyancing
