Conveyancing Solicitor

West Yorkshire

£50,000 - £60,000 DOE

Sellick Partnership are recruiting an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor to join a successful and expanding in-house business that undertakes property investment, development, design, sales and lettings based in West Yorkshire. The company has excellent backing from its international Investors and UK Investors and has numerous projects across the UK with their ABS SRA Application approval insight.

You would report directly into the Head of Legal and the role would involve a full range of conveyancing matters including commercial units being turned into residential units and sales, buying land to turn into residential use, and general residential conveyancing sales and purchases. It will include residential leases for their owned properties plus much more.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a close-knit and supportive team. You\'ll manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions, from start to finish, while providing exceptional service throughout.
