Tonbridge Office Based (with some flexibility)
£45,000 - £70,000 dependent on experience + benefits

Pearson Whiffin Recruitment s Legal Division are proud to be representing a leading law firm in their search for a skilled Conveyancing Solicitor to join their friendly and supportive team based in Tonbridge.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced residential and commercial property lawyer to take on a varied caseload within a reputable and forward-thinking practice.

The role

• Handling a busy caseload of residential and commercial property transactions from instruction to completion
• Dealing with a range of matters including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new builds
• Maintaining a high standard of client care, ensuring a smooth and efficient service
• Working closely with colleagues across the wider property team and supporting business development activities
• Managing files autonomously while also being part of a collaborative and supportive environment

The ideal candidate will

• Be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of 2 years' PQE in residential conveyancing
• Have solid technical knowledge and the ability to manage a caseload independently
• Demonstrate excellent communication and client relationship management skills
• Be proactive, highly organised, and commercially aware
• Be based within a commutable distance to Tonbridge
