Paralegal – Residential Conveyancing

Location : Enderby, Leicestershire

Salary : Competitive, dependent on experience

The Role :

We are seeking an enthusiastic Paralegal to join our busy and expanding Residential Conveyancing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within property law, working alongside experienced conveyancers in a supportive and professional environment.

You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of transactions, providing both paralegal and administrative support to fee earners and helping to deliver an excellent client experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drafting and generating correspondence and legal documentation
  • Ordering property searches and issuing contract packs
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other third parties; handling routine enquiries
  • Assisting with completions, including preparing pre‑completion searches, SDLT forms, accounts indents and completion statements
  • Carrying out post‑completion formalities, file closing and archiving
  • Supporting client due diligence processes and file creation
  • Maintaining accurate case management systems and key dates reminders
