Property Lawyer, Remote / Hybrid, Conveyancing Team Leader

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Conveyancing Fee Earner/Property Lawyer to take on a fee earning role or step into a Team Leader / Supervisor role within a progressive and growing law firm. This is not volume conveyancing but quality over quantity. The Role

• Oversee and advise on all aspects of residential property transactions
• Handle your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters – including freehold, leasehold, sales, purchases and remortgages
• Ensure smooth progress of files and provide expert guidance throughout the conveyancing process

Requirements

• Proven experience in residential conveyancing with strong technical knowledge
• Previous experience managing or supervising a team of lawyers/support staff
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate and advise colleagues
• Excellent client care skills and a proactive approach
