Conveyancing Fee Earner - Derby (DE1 1FR)
Hybrid Working Full-Time Expansion Role

We are working with a well-established and growing Conveyancing practice in Derby-part of the wider PM Law Group-who are currently expanding and opening a second office. Due to this growth, they are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner to join their busy team.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a thriving, supportive conveyancing department of 36 staff, with a strong pipeline of work and excellent career progression. This is a new role created through expansion, not a replacement hire.

The Role

We are looking for a Conveyancing Fee Earner with solid experience managing a caseload of residential property matters. You do not need to be formally qualified-experience is what matters. Senior applicants, including qualified Property Lawyers, are also encouraged to apply.

You should have experience in:

• Freehold and leasehold transactions
• New build purchases
• Staircasing matters
• Managing your own caseload from instruction to completion
