Position Overview
As a Conveyancer, you will play a crucial role in providing a comprehensive service to the firm's diverse client base and you will manage a caseload of residential conveyancing matters, ensuring timely and efficient completion. The role also offers the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with clients and work on a variety of properties, from new builds to flats and listed buildings.

Responsibilities

  • Handle a range of matters, including sales and purchases, freehold and leasehold transactions, remortgages, right to buy, and shared ownership
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients throughout the conveyancing process
  • Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and other relevant parties
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements and industry best practices

Requirements

  • Qualified Solicitor, FCILEx or Licensed Conveyancer
  • Strong background in residential conveyancing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work calmly and efficiently in a busy team environment
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong organisational skills
