We’re seeking a Residential Conveyancer with solid experience to manage a portfolio of freehold and leasehold sale, purchase, and remortgage matters. The role is fully remote, offers flexible working hours, and encourages process innovation through close collaboration with software and operations teams. Key Responsibilities:

• Run transactions end-to-end (sales, purchases, remortgages) in a client-centric, digital-first environment

• Focus on legal value-adds, while technology handles routine process tasks.

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or experienced non-qualified conveyancer with at least 3 years of UK residential conveyancing experience.

• Competent in title checking freehold and leasehold titles independently.

• Strong communicator with client-facing and teamwork skills.

• Comfortable in tech-driven environments and keen to suggest process improvements.
