The Senior Conveyancer in Leeds will manage a full residential caseload including unregistered titles, provide expert guidance to junior colleagues, and ensure exceptional service, all within a hybrid working arrangement.

Description



The Senior Conveyancer will be:

  • Managing a full mixed caseload of residential sales, purchases & unregistered titles (capped to 50-60 live matters)
  • Providing technical support & supervision to junior team members
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards
  • Leading due diligence and title investigation processes
  • Liaising effectively with clients, estate agents, lenders, and third parties
  • Meeting monthly targets and driving operational improvements
  • Escalating complex issues and ensuring timely resolution
  • Participating in process refinement and team training

Profile



The Senior Conveyancer should be:

  • A solicitor or equivalent with 5+ PQE in residential conveyancing
  • Proven experience handling unregistered title work
  • Capable of managing high case volumes with excellent organisational skills
  • Familiar with case-management systems, KPIs, and regulatory compliance
  • A confident communicator and strategic problem-solver
  • Experienced in coaching and knowledge-sharing with junior staff
