Control Systems Engineer

Location: Wakefield Area

Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 + 8% bonus

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday

The Role

A leading FMCG manufacturing company is currently seeking an experienced and established Control Systems Engineer to join the business during an impressive period of growth and expansion. As a result of increased production demand and continued investment in automation, this role has been created to strengthen the sites controls and continuous improvement capability.

The successful Control Systems Engineer will play a key role in maintaining, improving, and developing control systems across a highly automated manufacturing environment. This position will suit a technically strong engineer with a solid understanding of continuous improvement (CI), automation reliability, and hands‑on electrical troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities
