Qualifications

• HNC or equivalent in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (highly desirable).
• Proven experience in fault-finding and diagnosis on rolling stock systems.
• Knowledge of IT systems such as Excel.

Responsibilities

• Act as key interface between customer control room staff and technical teams.
• Manage and respond to in-service failures.
• Monitor live data using ORBITA and AVIS.

Strong knowledge of EMU systems
