Job Title: Control Room Supervisor

Role: Control Room Supervisor

Shift Pattern: Flexible shifts on a 4-on 4-off basis, including day/night shifts and night shifts (75%) and day shifts (25%).

Main Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the Security Control Room
• Supervise Control Room Operatives and Security Officers
• Act as Incident Manager during events and coordinate incident responses

Requirements:

• Valid SIA CCTV License
• Experience in security operations preferred
