Mitie Landscapes has an exciting opportunity for a Contracts Supervisor to join our team at the UK’s market leading FM company. Reporting to the Contracts Manager, you will support the team in ensuring our Grounds Maintenance and Winter Services deliver exceptional everyday results.

Job Title: Contracts Supervisor
Hourly Rate of Pay: £13.50
Position Type: Permanent
Type of Employment: Full Time
Total Weekly Contractual Hours: 40
Location: West Sussex, Worthing, West Sussex, England, BN11 1UR

Responsibilities

• Supervising a team of grounds maintenance operatives (mobile and static) to achieve the highest level of service to the client.
• Effectively planning maintenance work across the contract ensuring efficient use of labour, materials and equipment
• Overseeing winter maintenance operations. Leading by example to Implement a positive health and safety culture.

Qualifications

• A passion for working outdoors.
• Prepared to work in an agile and flexible working environment.
• A good understanding of smartphone technology.
• Grounds Maintenance and Gritting experience
• Supervisory experience
• PA1 & PA6 spraying licence.
• Full driving licence.
