Contracts Sales Manager - Flat Roofing Services

Area to be covered: National

Remuneration: £40,000 - £45,000 + incentives throughout the year

Benefits: hybrid company car & full benefits

Responsibilities
  • Field sales position selling flat roof waterproofing inspection services
  • Covering all aspects of design, application, training, monitoring, recording & reporting
  • Sell to manufacturers, FM companies, specialist applicators, structural design engineers, contractors and end users
  • Turnover will be determined by your experience
  • Extensive contact list provided; primary focus is generating new business
  • Occasional overnight stays
Qualifications
  • Must have construction field sales experience, ideally selling services
  • Product-led sales experience considered
  • Ideally knowledge of roofing/waterproofing, but not essential
  • Experience dealing with manufacturers, FM companies, specialist applicators, structural design engineers, contractors and end users is preferred
  • Technically capable and IT literate
  • Driven, hungry sales person
