Are you an experienced Contracts Manager looking to take ownership of multiple small works and refurbishment projects across the Midlands? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established, forward-thinking main contractor renowned for delivering high-quality projects across the commercial, education, healthcare, and public sectors.
You’ll be responsible for managing several small works projects (typically up to £2m in value), ensuring they’re delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality. Working closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, you’ll oversee the full project lifecycle - from tender to handover.
