Your Role

As a Contracts Manager, you'll play a crucial role in delivering high-quality refurbishment projects for recognised registered social landlords. Reporting to the Construction Director, your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing 3-4 projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Managing site teams and subcontractors to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Collaborating closely with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations.
  • Implementing rigorous health and safety measures, particularly in occupied social housing environments.
  • Providing leadership and guidance to project teams to foster a culture of excellence and safety.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and standards.
Your Experience
  • Previous experience working on occupied social housing refurbishments is essential.
  • Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or similar role in the construction industry, preferably in the affordable housing sector.
