An established and growing residential main contractor near Hillingdon is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to lead multiple design and build projects across London and the Home Counties. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven professional to join a supportive business with a strong pipeline of residential developments, ranging from high-spec apartments to family housing schemes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage several residential D&B projects through all phases from pre-construction to handover.
2. Ensure delivery is on time, within budget, and complies with health & safety and quality standards.
3. Coordinate with project teams, consultants, subcontractors, and clients.
4. Oversee contract administration and financial performance.
5. Provide clear leadership and direction across all active sites.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Contracts Manager in the residential design and build sector.
• Strong knowledge of JCT contracts and UK building regulations.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Based within a commutable distance of Hillingdon.
