Market leading, family owned & run Main Contractor currently seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to hit the ground running and assume responsibility for no more than 2 new build care home projects, each around £10M in value and on a JCT basis.

Responsibilities

• Assume responsibility for no more than 2 new build care home projects at a time, each around £10M in value, on a JCT basis.
• Maintain strong client facing skills and manage relationships for D&B/new build projects where applicable; the business values its employees and 80% repeat business.

Qualifications / Experience

• Consistent experience in D&B projects, ideally including care homes.
• Consideration given to existing Contracts Managers with good job retention on new build JCT projects, including retirement & housing.
