Location: Central Scotland (travel as required)

A respected and well-established reinforced concrete and groundworks contractor is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to oversee multiple projects across Central Scotland. Our client is a long-standing specialist contractor with nearly three decades of successful operation within the UK construction sector. They deliver a wide range of technically demanding projects, including:

• High-rise reinforced concrete frames
• Slip-form and jump-form core construction
• Groundworks, formwork, falsework, and structural concrete
• Major residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments

The Role

As Contract Manager, you will lead the delivery of multiple RC frame and groundworks projects. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing contracts from mobilisation through to project handover
• Overseeing project teams, subcontractors, and site operations

• Ensuring all works meet the company’s high health & safety standards
• Maintaining strong working relationships with clients and project stakeholders
• Assisting with tendering, planning, and commercial activities as required
