A well-established contractor in Malvern is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager for a permanent role overseeing commercial projects including schools, hospitals, and leisure centres. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in contract management and negotiation in Tier 1 contracting environments. The Role:
  • Full management of contract administration and delivery on high‑value commercial projects
  • Reviewing, negotiating, and managing subcontractor and client contracts
  • Monitoring project costs, variations, and final accounts
  • Ensuring compliance with contractual, commercial, and legal obligations
  • Liaising with project teams, clients, and senior management to resolve commercial issues
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Proven experience as a Contracts Manager on commercial projects
  • Strong track record in schoolsिटल, healthcare, MOD, or leisure sectors
  • Experience within Tier 1 contracting environments is highly desirable
  • Excellent negotiation, leadership and communication skills
  • Stable career history demonstrating long‑term commitment
