Your Mission at Elis
  • Drive service excellence through close co-operation with Facilities Management representatives.
  • Facilitate regular review meetings and on site quality checks with designated contacts constantly seeking out opportunities to improve systems and procedures.
  • First point of contact for day to day issue escalation.
  • Undertake regular customer satisfaction appraisals.
  • Maintain effective communication with the customer on all agreed actions to ensure that any issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
  • Install MyElis and HHD in all locations with refresher training as required.
  • Complete monthly review meetings including taking minutes and assigning action plans plus pulling together powerBi reports and measuring service against KPIs.
  • Supporting on CFR audits and managing/following up on action plans.
  • Tracking usage and spend against expected and ensuring correct prices are being charged.
