Are you a seasoned Contracts Manager with a strong track record in delivering high-value construction projects? We're seeking a driven professional to oversee two exciting schemes ranging from £5M to £15M in value, spanning sectors such as education, health care, hospitality, and commercial.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the delivery of two concurrent construction projects valued between £5M-£15M, ensuring they meet programme, budget, and quality targets.
  • Lead all pre- and post-contract activities, including procurement, contract negotiation, and project close-out.
  • Manage site teams and subcontractors, fostering a collaborative and safety-first culture.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to maintain strong working relationships and ensure project expectations are met.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
What We're Looking for
  • Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Background with Tier 1 main contractors or reputable regional Tier 2 firms (e.g., RG Carter, SDC)
  • Strong commercial acumen and leadership skills
  • Ability to travel to sites within 1.5 hours of Ipswich
  • Experience in sectors such as schools, hospitals, hotels, and commercial builds
