Contracts / Project Manager (Construction)

Location : Office-based with regular travel to project sites

Hours : 8 : 00am – 5 : 00pm (hours may vary depending on live projects)

Start : Immediate / Urgent requirement

We are urgently seeking an experienced Contracts / Project Manager to oversee multiple projects from contract award through to completion. This is a key role requiring strong leadership, organisation, and commercial awareness across live sites, with responsibility for managing contracts typically ranging in value from £50k to £1m.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee multiple projects simultaneously
  • Take responsibility for contracts, programme delivery, and project performance
  • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
  • Monitor progress, budgets, and timelines
  • Ensure compliance with contractual, health & safety, and quality standards
Essential Experience
  • Proven experience in Project Management
  • Demonstrated capability in delivering projects within occupied NHS buildings, social housing, and school environments, with a strong understanding of live working environments.
  • Experience with programming / project scheduling
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and varying priorities
  • Willingness to travel as required by project demands
