Job Title: Contracts Consultant

Specialism: Tech

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Location: Leeds (Hybrid) - Ground Floor, Toronto Square, Infirmary St, Leeds LS1 2HJ

Salary: Starting from £26k basic (dependant on experience) + commission

The key purpose of the Temporaries Consultant role within Reed is to generate income for the office through placing candidates into temporary jobs and developing new business through client sales activity. This role is ideal for someone proactive, innovative, and passionate about building strong relationships.


What You’ll Be Doing

Business Development:

  • Develop new business opportunities and win clients with innovative approaches.
  • Grow existing client portfolios and foster strong relationships.
  • Deliver exceptional service that exceeds client expectations.

Candidate Activity:

  • Source and attract candidates through various channels.
  • Build strong relationships and match candidates to opportunities.
  • Ensure accurate data recording and compliance with quality standards.

Targets and KPIs:

  • Achieve revenue targets.
  • Fill temporary assignments and register new candidates.

What We’re Looking For

  • Customer-facing experience is a must.
  • Self-motivated and competitive nature.
  • Energetic with a willingness to learn.
  • Sales experience in an office environment is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
