Job description
Responsibilities
  • Support the Contract Managers with the contract management process :
  • Input all contract deal information (new business renewals amendments) into our contracts management systems (i.e. WestEnd SalesForce)
  • Responsible for updating existing information and maintaining workflow for the contractual process
  • Ensure any additional required documentation is supplied by Licensee (including manufacturers agreements copyright assignments insurance certificates and bank guarantees)
  • Manage e-signature process with licensee & licensors to assist in finalizing contracts
  • Cross-reference fully executed licensee agreements against CPLGs contract management systems
  • Inform Contract Managers when agreements have been executed and updating the CRM system
  • Maintain relevant correspondence relating to the contractual process and support Contract Managers in digitally filing fully executed contracts
  • Assist with customs registrations withholding tax requests and legal administration as required
  • Support and attend meetings with your territory as necessary
  • Assist in maintaining department storage and legal process documentation
  • Deal with general enquiries via email letter and telephone
  • Collaborate with team of Contract Managers supporting cross-functionally where necessary.
Qualifications
  • Experience working in a contracts management department licensing industry experience is preferred
  • Flexible team player with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships
  • Motivated self-starter who demonstrates strong initiative organization attention to detail and excellent work ethic
  • Ability to think strategically proactively problem-solve and demonstrate good judgement
  • Thrives in a fast paced changing environment that necessitates working on many different contracts simultaneously
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word Excel contract admin systems and CRM
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
