Contract Manager / Site Foreman - Luxury Residential Essex (primarily high-end private residential projects)

Full-time / Contract 18 months initially, with other projects to follow Salary - Competitive, Self-employed basis.

We are seeking an experienced and personable Contract Manager / Site Foreman to oversee the delivery of high-end luxury residential projects across Essex. The role requires a professional who has extensive experience managing New Build - Residential Luxury Developments and is familiar with all building regulations. This person will have exceptional attention to detail, strong leadership skills, and proven experience delivering bespoke residential builds to the highest quality standards. You will be responsible for managing sites from pre-start through to completion, ordering materials, coordinating trades, ensuring quality craftsmanship, and maintaining excellent client relationships throughout the build process.
