A growing facilities management company in Wakefield is seeking a Contract Manager to oversee Mechanical & Electrical service contracts. The ideal candidate will have strong M&E knowledge and previous contract management experience. Responsibilities include coordinating maintenance and ensuring compliance with service agreements. Due to business growth and creation of a new business unit, we are looking to recruit a driven Contract Manager for an expanding FM Business based in Wakefield.
The successful candidate will begin by managing a portfolio of Mechanical & Electrical service contracts, including small project works.
This role provides the opportunity to work in a supportive, employee focused environment, building around expertise in M&E compliance, planned maintenance, reactive works, and small-scale project delivery while providing excellent service to our clients.
The ideal candidate will have a background working with the Facilities Management sector with technical knowledge of M&E works. You must be a strong communicator and have demonstrable experience in developing client relationships.
This role will primarily be based on site in Wakefield with occasional travel to meet with clients.
Hours: Mon - Friday 8.30AM - 5PM
