Contract Manager
Location: Burton on Trent
Salary: £38,000 - £48,000 depending on experience
Contract type: Permanent
Working hours: 40 hours a week - (Apply online only) Monday - Friday

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the contract(s).
  • Ensure contract performance and successful delivery of objectives.
  • Foster client relationships and effective communication.
  • Manage people effectively and ensure health and safety compliance.
  • Optimise financial performance through efficient resource management.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as part of a Management Team in the grounds maintenance industry.
  • A background in local authority is beneficial.
  • Adept at navigating complex situations and conveying information clearly to ensure teamwork, development and client satisfaction.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial modelling to optimise resource allocation and drive operational efficiency in high-spec service environments.
  • Full clean driving license
