  • Lead SHDF retrofit programme, ensuring customer service and contract delivery.
  • Manage Site Management activities for high standard Planned Works.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and cost control standards.

Contract Manager

Full Time, Permanent

Salary up to £47,000 per annum, plus, company van or car allowance

42.5 hours per week Monday – Friday

About the Role

As a Contract Manager you will be working on our SHDF retrofit programme within the social housing background, providing a stable and profitable contract, delivering excellent service and support through our local teams, who understand the importance of working together for the local community you will be supporting high standard Site Management activities for Planned Works Programmes to Housing properties, delivering best in class customer service, and satisfying all safety, quality, and cost control standards.

Key Criteria
  • Knowledge and experience in SHDF and Retrofit
  • Knowledge of Pas 2030/20235
  • Previous experience as a contract manager
  • Previous experience leading a SHDF team.
  • UK Full Driving licence

All our roles require candidates to have the entitlement to work within the UK, Mears does not currently offer visa sponsorship.

To drive a Mears vehicle, you must be aged over 21 have held your licence over 3 months and have less than 9 points.

Candidates should be aware that all our roles are subject to relevant DBS/Security checks before commencement of employment.
