Are you an Electrically qualified Contract Manager with experience of delivering hard services maintenance contracts across complex sites? This role will see you working for a Global FM services provider on a prestigious contract.

About your role

Lead all planned and reactive maintenance across the contract being the first point of management contact with all technical aspects and queries.
Manage contractual compliance from a technical standpoint across the contract
Manage both in house and subcontractor teams
Working with the internal and external stakeholders to ensure conformance to budget
Working closely with the relevant stakeholders to deliver exceptional service levels

About you

Technically qualified in Electrical Engineering
Experience of managing hard services facilities management contracts - Ideally within a healthcare/pharmaceutical/clean room environment
Experienced in managing both on site teams and sub-contractors
Commercially astute with budget management experience of 1m+ contracts
Excellent H&S and compliance knowledge
Outstanding stakeholder management skills both internally and externally
Excellent levels of customer service and a proactive approach to managing any issues

Candidates with IOSH or NEBOSH are highly preferred.

You may have experience as one of the following: Electrical Contract Manager, Contract Manager, Contracts Manager, FM Contract Manager, Technical Manager, Hard Services Manager, Maintenance Manager, Technical Services Manager.
