A prominent service provider is seeking an experienced Cleaning Contract Manager to oversee a large housing contract in the Yorkshire region. You will manage 7 teams, ensure service quality, and foster strong client relationships while driving continuous improvement. The role requires excellent leadership, interpersonal skills, and a focus on Health & Safety standards. The compensation includes £32,000 per annum plus benefits such as employee ownership and extensive holiday leave.

We are looking for an experienced Cleaning Contract Manager to join our growing portfolio overseeing a large housing contract.
You will be leading all aspects of cleaning for a large local housing association across the Yorkshire region. You will have direct line management responsibility for 7 mobile supervisors and their teams of cleaners, demonstrating the energy and drive to take the contract forward.
