A prominent service provider is seeking an experienced Cleaning Contract Manager to oversee a large housing contract in the Yorkshire region. You will manage 7 teams, ensure service quality, and foster strong client relationships while driving continuous improvement. £32,000 per annum + car or car allowance

We are looking for an experienced Cleaning Contract Manager to join our growing portfolio overseeing a large housing contract.

You will be leading all aspects of cleaning for a large local housing association across the Yorkshire region. You will have direct line management responsibility for 7 mobile supervisors and their teams of cleaners, demonstrating the energy and drive to take the contract forward.

Responsibilities
  • Maintaining strong client relationships with high levels of satisfaction
  • Providing and maintaining the quality of service delivery
  • Managing, recruiting, and coaching local service teams
  • Carrying out ad-hoc and regular activities such as projects, reports, and audits as required by and to support the Operations Manager.
  • Be responsible for ensuring Health & Safety procedures and legislation adhered to
  • Looking for opportunities for continuous improvement, cost savings, and account growth.
Required experience and attributes
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and people management skills
  • Excellent leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to forward plan, work under pressure and influence at a senior level
  • Experience with financial forecasting, budgeting, and analysis
  • Working knowledge of Health and Safety systems in the cleaning industry
  • Ability to work to tight timescales
  • Strong commercial awareness, financial management, and IT literacy
