Job Title: IT Controls Manager (contract)

Location: UK Remote

Contract Duration - 5 months

Contract Target Start Date: 29 September 2025

Contract End Date: 30 February 2025

The Role

We are looking for an experienced IT Controls Manager to workin our Controls Advisory team and work with one of our gaming clients on technology controls.You will have IT Risk and Controls experience supporting IT control design, operations, project compliance and assurance of ITGC’s. A team of 3-4 people will report into you and you will report to the Deloitte Senior Manager. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Delivering technology control projects as a standalone project or part of a wider controls transformation including other controls specialists.
• Assessing, designing and implementing technology controls across areas including: IT general controls, business process controls, programme management controls etc.
• Applying your risk and controls experience to support clients in meeting specific requirements e.g. SOX, UK corporate reform.

Essential Skills and Experience

• Must havetechnology risk and controls expertise with a background in assessing, designing and implementing controls in external audit, internal audit and internal controls
• Must have experience working in organisations subject to SOX requirements
• Stakeholder managementskills: have experience working with business process specialists to identify automated controls. Be an excellent communicator with the ability to articulate complex ideas and effectively manage key stakeholders.
• Programme/Project Management:manage the planning and delivery projects including project commercials.
• Risk management:understand, mitigate and manage risk.
• Experience of leading multi-disciplinary teams leveraging your knowledge of risk, controls and technology to assess, design and implement technology controls.
• People Management: Proven ability to lead and direct teams across multiple locations.Excellent development skills with a strong focus on team development.
• Knowledge of Oracle ERP and Workday,
• Knowledge of AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, SQL Database, Oracle database
