About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Engineering Consultants to join the team on an inside IR35 contract. This role will focus on building and maintaining web applications using modern technologies, primarily Python and React, while contributing to the success of critical projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable web applications using Python and React.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Implement best practices for coding, testing, and deployment.
• Support live products and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Mentor and upskill engineers within.results team.
• Adapt to different tech stacks and environments as required.

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience working within cloud environments, specifically AWS or Azure (or both).
• Solid understanding of infrastructure-as-code with Terraform or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.
• Good understanding of and experience working with agile methodologies.
• Experience supporting live products and adapting to different tech stacks.
• Proficiency with source control, particularly Git.
• Experience with database technologies of some flavour.
• Ability to mentor and upskill engineers.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks.
• Knowledge of containerisation (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with performance optimisation and security best practices.
