A government department in the UK is seeking a Contract Assurance Specialist to produce complex strategic reports and perform data analysis. This role requires strong analytical skills and previous experience in contract management or quality assurance. Responsible for production of complex strategic reports, including in-depth research and statistical analysis to support high‑level management decision‑making. Develops and undertakes quality assurance procedures to ensure data capture, identify efficiency savings, and ensure contracts are compliant and work effectively.
The MoJ offers hybrid working where business need allows. This flexible arrangement blends working from a base location, MoJ sites, or home. Hybrid working is only possible in the UK and may not suit all circumstances. Arrangements will be discussed and reviewed with the successful candidate.
The role is part of the Prison Contracts Group (PCG) within the Directorate of Contracted Operational Delivery (DoCOD). The PCG manages a portfolio of contracts including Prisoner Escort Custody Service, Electronic Monitoring, Community Rehabilitation Services, Prisoner Education, and operational contracts for goods and services. PMP contracts alone have an annual value of £564 m.
