The role will focus on the acquisition of land across Kent, East and Mid Sussex, and Surrey. Your geographical knowledge of this area and its key contacts will be fundamental to your success in this role. Be ready to tackle land purchasing in a new sector of the later living market with an entrepreneurial spirit and a dynamic approach. It is an exciting, challenging role that requires an organized and confident individual who is commercially aware and possesses a positive strategic approach.
