Overview

As a Junior Business Consultant, you will play a key role in connecting our customers with our software solutions. Your primary responsibility is to ensure a smooth transition for clients adopting the Reynolds and Reynolds system, providing hands-on training and support throughout the implementation process.

In this role, you'll travel as part of a project team to install, upgrade, and support our software across all departments of a dealership. You will be responsible for specific elements of each implementation and serve as a key link between our technical solutions and our clients.

Successful candidates will be able to explain complex technical information to non-technical users with patience and enthusiasm. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and project management skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Travel with a team to install, upgrade, and convert data from legacy systems to our software.
  • Collaborate with dealership management to tailor software configurations to their business needs.
  • Deliver both group and individual training sessions for dealership personnel.
  • Prepare for future installations and provide remote setup, data conversion, and customer support from the office.
