Responsibilities


  • Manage a large team of Campaign Producers.

  • Oversee timelines, budgets and resource management for ongoing and new partnerships.

  • Be part of the senior leadership team to drive growth, strategy and performance.

  • Be involved in hiring and nurturing the Production / Campaign team.

  • Spearhead partnerships and relationships.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management experience.

  • Proven experience working with and managing large budgets.

  • Previous experience working in a tech-first brand, ideally within the fashion, beauty or lifestyle space.

  • Solid and proven understanding of technology and AI with extensive, practical experience.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work calmly under pressure with fast turnaround deadlines.

  • Proven experience leading a department / large team in an Executive or Head of role.


Details


  • Hours: Full time

  • Contract length: 8 months with potential for extension or to be made permanent

  • Salary: £100,000 (open to higher salary depending on suitability and experience)

  • Office requirements: Fully remote / work from anywhere, with occasional meetings in London - ideally based in the UK
