Contentious Probate Solicitor, 2+ Years PQE, Cardiff, £50,000+ (DOE) – A new role has arisen for an experienced Contentious Probate Solicitor to join a friendly and supportive team. JOB REF:1918.

  • This is a unique opportunity to join a well-established and highly regarded practice handling a unique caseload whilst simultaneously delivering a high standard of service to the firm’s clients.
  • Applications are sought from Contentious Probate Solicitors with a minimum of 2 Years PQE in contested probate and court of protection matters.
  • You will be responsible for a varied caseload of contentious probate matters and specialist Court of Protection matters.
  • Working knowledge of Court of Protection matters and proceedings under Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996 would be advantageous.
  • You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment.
