Overview

Edinburgh office with fully remote working anywhere in the UK. Up to £24k salary on a full-time, permanent contract. Working with a globally recognised brand in US entertainment. Access to the latest software and productivity tools.

What You’ll Make Happen
  • Working in a dual capacity across Content Moderation and Customer Care, covering all listed responsibilities
  • Reviewing fan activity on official US TV network social accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and more)
  • Recommending actions on user comments and messages in accordance with client moderation guidelines
  • Immersing in all aspects of each TV show (announcements, social accounts, fan culture)
  • Analysing fan sentiment for client reports
  • Moderating fan-written movie reviews on a high-traffic app
  • Providing timely technical support to users of a high-traffic app and a subscription-based service
  • Monitoring and responding to app store reviews for high-traffic apps
  • Reviewing entries to sweepstake competitions
  • Communicating issues or queries with the client social media strategy
