The Role…
  • Oversee the day‑to‑day execution of the editorial content calendar, ensuring timely and high‑quality delivery
  • Write, edit, and commission compelling content web stories sourced from across the business
  • Conduct interviews with talent at events, shoots, and other key moments
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with teams across the organisation to manage and align on all aspects of site content
  • Partner with the marketing team to ensure consistency and alignment across all communications
  • Support the Chief Content Officer (CCO) with strategic planning and content initiatives as required
  • Work closely with the partnerships team to maximise content opportunities, ensuring brand collaborations are effectively supported and showcased
  • Take full ownership of the editorial content process, from ideation through to delivery
  • Present content plans and performance updates to internal stakeholders and leadership
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and provide best practice recommendations to continuously optimise content for our .com platform and SHApp
Requirements / Qualifications...
  • Over five years of experience in a digital‑first content environment, either for a media/journalism brand
  • CMS experience is essential – experience of working with Sitecore is a plus
  • Be proficient in using Content Management Systems, Microsoft Excel, and Google
  • Experience with Keynote, PowerPoint
  • Understanding of digital content creation and processes, including SEO and metadata
  • Organised and capable of managing multiple tasks and last‑minute requests
  • Passionate about lifestyle, fashion, hospitality and travel
  • A multi‑platform enthusiast and an avid consumer of new media formats
  • Have an unflappable, can‑do attitude in a highly energised and deadline‑driven environment
